Access Management Web is the access control software that works with Zucchetti terminals to ensure the comprehensive management of business security.
Access Management Web acquires, validates and monitors transits through business entrances and exits, such as doors, gates, barriers and turnstiles. Employees, visitors and vehicles are authorized to transit based on specific rules (time bands and days of the week, passback checks, PIN verification, etc.).
Fully web based, easy to configure and ready to use, Access Management Web is the user-friendly solution that responds perfectly to every business need. This is because the software meets all the security and automation criteria expected of an access control system. Access Management Web is secure, since profiled access, controlled by ID and Password, guarantees proper restrictions over the use and control of the database information held on a dedicated server.
Access management methods
- ONLINE: active monitoring of reception areas in real time. Access rights and white lists are managed directly and unambiguously by the software. Transit data is recorded directly by the software.
- OFFLINE: passive monitoring of reception areas. Access rights and white lists are stored on the terminals. Transit data (whether valid or not) is recorded by the control device and can be exported at any time.
- SEMI-ONLINE: mixed monitoring of transit points. The system maintains constant contact with the terminals, but access management can also be transferred directly to the terminals. This additional level of security ensures maximum control, even when software-hardware communications are interrupted.
Configuration and association of access profiles
- Access profiles based on pre-defined transit policies for access hours;
- Ability to create a list of users, a list of visitors and a list of vehicles authorized to enter, for association with the access policies;

Time Attendance
To control incoming and outgoing flow of people and vehicles during the day
The system is designed so that the vehicles and people (employees, visitors, external companies) are identified and authorized to enter and leave the company. Identification and authorization of all the vehicles takes place using an automatic barrier at the entrance and one at the exit of the production sites, which has to vehicle posts. Vehicles are checked using TAGs that may be badges or labels applied to the vehicle’s windscreen. The post aerial detects the tag information and based on access credentials and authorizations, authorizes the barrier to be raised.
Pedestrians are identified on a tripod turnstile placed near the reception.
Employees can register with their badge - using the attendance monitoring terminals installed in the company - only after passing through the control gates.
The system shows the exact number and respective name of people inside the production site in real time to the staff in change, and in this way any evacuations required at gathering stations in the event of emergencies can be managed in total safety.
